The Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Committee Substitute for House Bill 3002—A BILL to amend and reenact §17-2A-8 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to requiring the Commissioner of the Division of Highways to post online certain records related to the discontinuance, vacating, or closing of any road or highway or part thereof; and requiring the Division of Highways to make virtual participation available to any person interested in participating in or attending any hearing related to such discontinuance, vacating, or closing.
